At Tranquilia Beds we believe you're entitled to a great night's sleep, completely risk-free. If you find our mattress uncomfortable we offer a 150-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee. We'll even collect it from you if necessary.

All we ask in return is that you give yourself 30 days to get used to your new mattress, as it takes time for your back, which has probably gotten used to sleeping on an old, worn-out mattress, to adjust to a brand new mattress. If, after this time, you still wish to return a mattress, we would kindly ask you to contact us at contact@tranquiliabeds.com.au, describe your problems with this mattress, and then we kindly need you to donate the mattress to a charity, give it away or sell it on the second-hand market, and then we will refund you fully.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
