How long will delivery take?

For metropolitan areas, delivery generally takes between 6-10 working days while most remote areas will take up to 14 business days. Accessories such as pillows, Sleep Trackers and Weighted Blankets may be shipped separately as they are packaged separately.

How do I unpack my mattress?

Your mattress will come with clear, concise opening instructions along with an opening "tool". You'll need to remove the outer wrapper with the tool provided, taking care not to puncture the inner vacuum bag. Then the mattress unrolls and expands slowly over the next few hours.

What sort of base can I use with my mattress?

How do I care for my mattress?

We believe a mattress should always be used with a mattress protector, for just-in-case scenarios. Mattress protectors are a great shield against spills and stains, so they can extend the durability and lifespan of your mattress dramatically.

Do I need to flip or rotate my mattress?

Because our mattresses are one-sided, you don't need to worry about flipping your mattress on your own. But we do recommend rotating your mattress from top to bottom every few months.

What if I don't like my mattress or find it uncomfortable?

At Tranquilia Beds we believe you're entitled to a great night's sleep, completely risk-free. If you find our mattress uncomfortable we offer a 150-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee. We'll even collect it from you if necessary. All we ask in return is that you give yourself 30 days to get used to your new mattress, as it takes time for your back, which has probably gotten used to sleeping on an old, worn-out mattress, to adjust to a brand new mattress. If, after this time, you still wish to return a mattress, we would kindly ask you to describe your problems with this mattress, then we kindly need you to donate the mattress to a charity, give it away or sell it on the second-hand market, and then we will refund you fully.

Are there any costs for returning a mattress?

No. Absolutely not. We don't charge pickup or transport fees, as long as your area is serviced by one of our collecting charities. All we need is evidence that you no longer have ownership of the mattress and we will refund you fully.

Our delivery driver can leave your items in a secure and dry area. We recommend giving Authority to Leave where possible, in order to have the best chances of a successful delivery.

Do you have a showroom where I can try out your mattress?

Tranquilia Beds is online only. However, we believe that trying to decide what mattress is best for you by lying on a bed in a showroom for 15 minutes is the wrong way to go. Therefore we believe that giving you the opportunity to experience your new mattress fully, in the comfort of your own home, for at least 30 days, is the best way to tell if a mattress is right for you. And if after that time you still don't find our mattress comfortable then we offer a full money-back guarantee within the first 150 days of your purchase, ensuring you're safe and not out-of-pocket.
